Reservation & Payment

• Custom cakes require 5–7 days’ notice.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date; the balance is due before collection.

• Orders with less notice may be accepted subject to availability and will incur a rush fee:

  • 3–4 days: 15%

  • 2 days: 25%

  • 24 hours: 40%

  • Same day: 80% or declined

• Some designs may not be available for rush orders.

Collection & Delivery

• Customers are responsible for collecting cakes at the agreed time unless delivery is arranged.

• Cakes must be handled carefully after collection; we are not responsible for damage once the cake leaves our kitchen.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• Please let us know about allergies or dietary requirements when ordering.

• While we take care, we cannot guarantee cakes are completely free of allergens unless specified.

Food Safety & Hygiene

• All cakes are prepared in a fully registered kitchen following strict hygiene and food safety standards.

• Cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature ; storage instructions will be provided.

Privacy

• Customer information is used only to process orders and communicate about your cake.

• We do not share personal information without consent.
